Our Directors

Ms. Amanda is the Program Director and Founder of Cornerstone Christian Preschool, a position that reflects her deep commitment to early childhood education. With a career in child development that spans since 2008, she started as a teacher aide at the Child Development Center at CSU Stanislaus. Over the years, Ms. Amanda has honed her expertise, working in various roles at licensed centers as a head teacher, site supervisor, and campus director before opening Cornerstone Christian Preschool in 2014.

She holds a BA in Communications with a minor in Psychology, as well as an MBA from UC Davis, blending a unique combination of skills to lead her team and run the program efficiently. Ms. Amanda is passionate about continuously advancing her knowledge in the field of early childhood education, and she holds a Site Supervisor Permit while actively working towards her Program Director Permit. This commitment to her own growth ensures she can provide the best guidance and support to her team and the children she serves.

While Ms. Amanda enjoys working in the office, collaborating with California State Licensing, parents, and staff, her true passion is found in the classroom with the children. Her hands-on approach and genuine care for every child have been instrumental in shaping the wonderful environment at Cornerstone Christian Preschool.



Amanda says, “This little school is everything I have prayed for and envisioned for 20 plus years. We have the most incredible teachers. They truly love what they do. We have such a loving, kind, fun atmosphere; you can feel the difference just walking the halls. We also have been blessed with some of the most fantastic families. God is definitely in this place. I hope we can continue to serve this precious community for years to come.”

Ms. Stephanie is the Campus Director of the Monte Vista campus at Cornerstone Christian Preschool, a role she has embraced with dedication and passion since 2020. She has worked her way up from a substitute teacher to head teacher, then office administrator, and now, as the director of the campus. She brings warmth, organization, and unwavering support to both her staff and students.

Additionally, Ms. Stephanie holds a BA in Education with a concentration in Exceptional Youth and Children from CSU Stanislaus, equipping her with a deep understanding of child development and special education needs. This academic foundation further strengthens her ability to provide for all the children in her care. In addition, she meets all the requirements for a Site Supervisor, ensuring a strong leadership role within the educational setting. She is exceptional at staying up-to-date with ongoing state requirements, diligently completing necessary trainings and renewals to maintain compliance and best practices in the field.

Known for her exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to keep everything running smoothly, Ms. Stephanie creates a safe, nurturing environment where children feel loved and cared for. Her willingness to take on any task, no matter how big or small, speaks to her selflessness and commitment to the preschool's success.

Stephanie says, "I absolutely adore the entirety of the preschool environment. I’m so proud and honored to be a part of creating a school where kids feel safe, have fun, and learn. This job is incredibly rewarding because I know I’m making a real impact. I also love seeing the impact that my staff has on the families in our community. It’s hard not to love a good preschool teacher—they truly change lives every day."
